Travis Tapella is an experienced commercial real estate adviser, lender and owner. Travis spent several years at Cantor Fitzgerald and Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for sourcing, screening, managing and closing over $1 Billion of commercial real estate loans with his teams. He is familiar with different markets having spent time working on western, central and eastern region teams reviewing in excess of $10 Billion in opportunities. He oversaw detailed due diligence procedures, credit memos and asset summaries at multiple firms for credit and investor review. He has experience working with numerous borrowers including individuals, complex entities, institutions and pension funds. He is familiar with the conduit and commercial banking platforms as well as the acquisition process.
Travis holds a BBA in Finance and a Certificate in International Business from Texas A&M University. He routinely mentors students and young professionals in modeling techniques, credit fundamentals and real estate cash flow analysis.
